About this role:The Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) Response Team Analyst is a key role supporting the team's mission to prevent inappropriate external sharing and distribution of sensitive company, customer and employee information. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Rapidly validating potential threats associated with DLP events and taking action to prevent further undesirable behaviors.
Collaborating with front line management to ensure employees are educated on policy violations to help prevent future repeat scenarios.
Collaborating with multiple internal partner organizations to refer certain events requiring additional investigation or preventive measures.
Support continuous improvement in EDLP capabilities by identifying root cause and corrective actions associated with DLP events (DLP policy tuning, etc.).
In this role, you will:Perform remediation of DLP incidents, compile ad hoc data and reporting to support information security risk management
Participate and identify security risks companywide and ensure that appropriate data security procedures and products are implemented
Maintain an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security
Investigate and recommend appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents
Identify regulatory changes that will affect information security policy, standards, procedures, and recommend appropriate changes
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications, US:2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:1+ years of Data Loss Prevention Operations experience including event triage and response, identifying tuning enhancements, etc.
1+ years of Information Security Governance, Risk and Change Management (GRC) experience.
