Job Overview: -Lead the onboarding and support of the internal UI and web-based application platform, which empowers the trading workflows within the firm. - Will be trained to support trader-focused applications which give insight into real-time market conditions, and support the overall trading workflows. -You will work directly with traders, quants, and other software developers as a liaison between the end users and development teams, providing first-level support for the user community.

Qualifcations: -Superior communication skills and experience in a professional, high velocity and fast-paced support environment.-2 to 5 years of experience in a customer support role, supporting a proprietary software platform (trading or other fintech-focused platforms preferred)-Moderate technical background, especially in the areas of .NET and web applications, and software architecture-Experienced in complete troubleshooting lifecycle, from receipt of customer issue through initial diagnosis of a problem, to problem resolution and culminating in the communication of resolution back to the customer.-Familiarity with traversing log files or writing database queries (via SQL) to better focus the development teams to root causes of issues

If you have excellent professional communication skills, a degree in either Information Technology or Business, some customer support experience, and an interest in trading, you may be the ideal candidate for this opportunity.
