- Expertise in data management, database usage, database maintenance and database leveraging.
- Be technologically savvy, with a willingness to learn new software.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. and foreign patents, PAIR, Trademarks and PCT is a plus.
- Experience with IP ManagerTM software experience is a plus.
- Run queries of the Docketing Database to support reports concerning the state of patent and/or trademark portfolios, firm workflow, and work balance investigations.
- Build search queries and rules to support docket generation.
- Maintain the Docketing Database to accurately reflect the current state of client patent and/or trademark portfolios and upcoming international prosecution deadlines.
