Job Title:Labware LIMS DeveloperLocation:Chicago ILRole Specific Responsibilities Include:Mandatory) Having overall 15+ years of experience in Pharma / Lab domain with minimum 10 or more years of hands-on experience with LW-LIMS on the following areas as a minimum:1. (Mandatory) Must have strong functional knowledge of Labware LIMS2. (Mandatory) Must have very good hnads on knowledge in Labware LIMS development, bug fixing, reports development, maintenance, and support3. Pharma template understanding (relationship between Item Code, Sample Plan, Analysis and Product)4. Knowledge of Labware Sample life cycle5. Experience in working on multiple environments of the same LW-LIMS implementation (Development, QA/Staging, Production)6. (Mandatory) Must have Client handling experience at Onsite7. (Mandatory) Must have team leading experience8. (Mandatory) Must be good at communication skills, being trustworthy and reliable. Being focused and goal oriented, organized9. Coordinate and guide functional team activities across the work streams and phases of the project10. Lead and guide individual functional experts responsible for key functional modules across different functional areas11. Lead, facilitate and may provide subject matter expertise in process and requirements12. Provide guidance to Business and ITS team members to understand existing / legacy solution functionality13. Monitor and provide clear visibility to activities and progress of functional expert team14.
