DescriptionRobert Half Legal is actively sourcing for a Global Financial Institution for an Attorney with experience with Libor. Counsel the business lines and assist in negotiations related to LIBOR language in indentures, pooling and servicing agreements, agency agreements and related governing documents
Provide advice to internal teams and departments
Advise business line management regarding legal and risk issues related to LIBOR
Attend meetings and conference calls with internal parties, outside counsel, and industry participants related to LIBOR matters

Attorney in Good Standing in Illinois
3+ years of experience with public finance, corporate finance, and structured finance transactions or any agreements relating to LIBOR
Experience with the legal and regulatory issues affecting fiduciaries and agents in the context of corporate trusteeships is desired
