Job Description
Cook:Officially we title this job a cook, but in other centers it may be called a Prep Cook, Line Cook, or Chef.The cook will adhere to all sanitary regulations governing the handling, preparation & serving of food. Will assist with the supervision ofstaff when dietary management is not in the facility. Communicate well with Dietary Manager and prepare & cook foods according to standardized recipes in the correct amount needed. Prepare main entrée, vegetable and required meat textures.

Qualifications
What we need from you:- Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must possess a Food sanitationcertificate
- Prior cooking experience in an Assisted Living or Long Term Care Environment in the Food Service/Dietary areas preferred
