Job Description
As a marketing associate you will be in charge of implementing marketing strategies. You will manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
Job Duties
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up like environment
- Exceptional writing skills with a persuasive and confident approach , strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter and resourceful problem-solver
- Enjoy a fast-paced, high energy environment and variety in duties
- Ability to multitask under pressure
