Title : Rally Consultant Location : Chicago IL (remote until Covid) Duration : Long term
- Serve as internal SME for the PMO on The Rally tool
- Demonstrable understanding of an Agile environment, work with different scrum teams, Functional requirements analysis and help with creation and standardization of dashboards/metrics
- Drive multiple parallel implementation and/or improvement of Rally
- Configuration skills of Agile Central Rally. Maintain dashboards and data within the tools by working with the scrum teams.
- Act as workspace admin and help teams with all questions Rally related including making updates to the tool and providing new users project access.
- Coordinates with Scrum Masters across task orders and overall program to synchronize planning and activities
- Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on standard methodologies and standardization in implementing and demonstrating processes within Rally
- Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test, Acceptance Test Development and Continuous Integration
- Flexible attitude, with ability to multi-task and effectively lead priorities for self while working in a frequently changing environment.
- Ability to coach and mentor, Drive conf calls to answer questions, provide support to the teams globally, train teams 1-1 or small group settings as needed on tool usage.
- Partner with Release engineers to update releases, iterations and to make other changes in Rally
- Take an active part in promoting an Agile culture across the organization
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to clearly articulate and influence partners
- Solid grasp and experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum & SAFe
- Executive communication and presentation skills.
- Must have a customer service attitude
