The Operational Building Engineer is responsible for monitoring the operational status of the mechanical systems and responding to all types of service calls at CMI’s customer site in Chicago, Illinois.Key Job FunctionsPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses and repairs to facilities equipment, fixtures, and propertyTroubleshoot/diagnose and correct infrastructure problems with facilities, equipment, and propertySafely and effectively perform minor and /or skilled maintenance tasks on customer facilities, property, fixtures, electrical and mechanical systems, and equipmentCoordinate and schedule maintenance and repair projects, and processing work ordersReview project completion to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets customer satisfactionMaintain records and prepare required reportsPerform other related duties as required
