IntroductionAs an IBM consultant, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will analyze, define, configure, implement, test and support projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of Microsoft. You are a valued team member, serving as a liaison between IBM and our clients to deliver outstanding results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Oracle Cloud Healthcare ERP Lead provides expertise in the implementation of Oracle Cloud finance applications for all phases of the project. ERP leads in this role are well versed and have expertise in solutioning client requirements by configuring the applications. For PaaS project the lead will draft functional requirements for the technical build. This is a delivery and client facing role.As an Oracle Cloud Healthcare ERP Lead you will be responsible for:
Design and configuration of ERP finance applications
Leading workshops; interacting with client; educating on implementation methodology
Completing functional design including documentation for configuration, functional specifications and test scripts for SaaS/ PaaS projects
Candidates should have the following skills:
Healthcare Provider/ Payer implementation experience a must
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end finance business processes and Cloud ERP solution designs
Strong background leading finance transformation and working with business subject matter experts
Experience in delivering project results and work products
The ability to configure cloud solutions that are scalable, agile and highly performing
Can be thought leader and trusted advisor with clients
Been in a lead role, reporting up to Project Leadership and Client Executives
Excellent written and oral communication skills and is able to present solutions at different levels
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 full life cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
At least 2 full life cycle Oracle Cloud Healthcare ERP implementations
At least 3 years of technical expertise leading on shore, near shore and offshore teams
Oracle Cloud certification required
Experience with automation tools and have delivered automation technologies
Experience in innovating new solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
