This Contract role as an Organizational Change Management Consultant in Chicago, IL will be responsible for creating a tracking mechanism for the 900+ conversations and moves. Responsibilities:
- Creating a tracking mechanism for the 900+ conversations and moves.
- Creating individual packages for roughly 60-70 leads with talking points that need a common place and would need to be packaged with the staff that are leaving and staying with their team.
- We are expecting to begin People Leader conversation early next week and then individual contributor conversations.
