- 1-4 years of Project Management Office Analyst experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) and techniques (familiarity w/ SaFE/Agile is a plus).
- Well organized with an understanding of the big picture, while also having a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication with team members and direct reports.
- Ability to encourage teams to complete their projects on time and in budget.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills that can balance key priorities.
- Utility experience is a plus.

- Assist with the program mobilization, and definition of a timeline and project plan.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timeframes and budget requirements are met
- Maintain management agreements and prepare reports.
- Manage project status, project plan, and third-party vendors.
- Perform financial analysis on budgets and prepare various reports for forecast purposes.
- Help coordinate and facilitate program management meetings (risks/issues, change control, status reporting).
- Help coordinate, gather and develop program-level meetings & checkpoints (governance, ‘town halls’, phase kickoffs).
- Gatekeeper of project status metrics and assists with metric report-outs.
