Our platform delivers significant cost-of-care savings across an expanding set of clinical domains, including radiology, cardiology and oncology.The Process Expert I assists in identifying and researching workflow problems and system irregularities.+ + Works on project tracking of Clinical Authoring work and knows how to remove blockers/obstacles from IT projects.+ + Assists in identifying and researching workflow problems and using Visio to complete workflow documentation.+ + Works closely with IT staff to ensure proper promotion through AIM’s environments for testing. Understands SDLC and the IT JIRA process.+ + Researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities; assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for new systems, new solutions/clients and other operational improvements; assists with the development and leading of project plans and communicating project status.
