- Responsible for performing web and app analytics to support and inform key areas of the product development lifecycle: opportunity identification, concept design, measurement strategy development, tagging implementation, A/B testing and post launch measurement, ongoing performance reporting.Partners with product managers in the concept and design phases to generate insights from tools like Adobe Analytics to inform product requirements and user experience.
- Partners with product managers to develop a measurement strategy for upcoming releases ad works with the rest of the analytics team to provide tagging recommendation.
- Partners with product managers to build dashboards in tools like Adobe Analytics and/or Power BI to measure performance of product launches.
- Partners with product managers to analyze results of A/B tests and make actionable recommendations based on these insights.
- Partners with product managers and the rest of the analytics team to set up ongoing reporting for product launches.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Data Science, Economics or related quantitative field or comparable work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in web and/or app analytics using tools like Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by phone and videoconference, write clear emails and presentations, and enjoy explaining complicated concepts to others.
- 2+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics, A/B testing tools, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- 1+ years of experience with SQL Ecommerce Domain knowledge and experience.
