ROLE: Product Manager - API Location: Chicago , IL - Initial Remote Responsibilities:
- Leverage Agile Best practices with goal of delivering high quality products and value within the agreed upon metrics, schedule and scope.
- Experience working with Agile Tools preferably ADO to define Features and stories.
- Create and maintain API specifications pertaining to Customer Identity management.
- Experience working with various API types and protocols such as OpenAPIs, Composite APIs, REST, Partner APIs
- Experience working leading as product owner for API as a Platform service of Enterprise scale.
- Familiar with API Security designs
- Ensure alignment on scope across all stakeholders throughout the lifecyle of product development.
- Must have technical background to understand ongoing tech work , current system design and limitations.
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman
- Technical writing ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of design or programming of Enterprise scale APIs
- 3+ years of product management experience.
