The resource can be based out of Chicago, IL (preferred) / Mississauga, ON after the pandemic and cannot be a full time remote position.

Should have worked/working in agile (SaFE agile preferred) and have good understanding of the process.

Experience across different business lines like Cards, Deposits, Loans, payments.

Knowledge on data (not data warehouse or reports) and how can it be used to make informed business decisions is a plus.

Should be able to work on multiple projects/initiatives at a time and manage different stake holders.

Senior and mature BA

Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, follow-up skills

Data analysis experience, strong Excel skills
