Mandatory:- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Strong execution and operational rigor to drive process and foundational structure against our plans and roadmap
- Prior experience in a sales operations organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, project, and program management and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Be flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills
- Be highly adaptable & able to handle ambiguity and needs minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and learning management systems to improve work efficiency
