Responsibilities : aria-hidden="true" • Build the basic structure of a program including goals, prioritization, project team resources (people and budget), roles and responsibilities, communication plan and delivery phases. aria-hidden="true" • Define team governance and implement processes to improve team execution and delivery. aria-hidden="true" • Stay ahead of the progress of several projects or programs and mentor other project managers (or program managers) to prioritize as needed. aria-hidden="true" • Active identification and mitigation of any project issues, risks and dependencies and provide status updates as and when needed. aria-hidden="true" • Present a clear thought process and framework to establish success criteria to measure the success of various initiatives.
