- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience with a focus on business critical projects in an extremely fast-paced agile environment
- Serve as a project manager with overall project management/Delivery management for mobile or software development activities using the Scrum Agile methodology
- Experience in applying Agile and Scrum project management techniques to solve business problems.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to large groups.
- Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action.
- Ability to work across teams in a matrix organization
- Able to work with various levels of functional management and third party vendors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Strong presentation and communicational skills
- Familiarity with budget tracking and portfolio financial analysis
- Very positive attitude and good collaboration skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Office
- PMP Preferred but not required
