- Should have minimum 15+ years of experience in QAD products
- Experience in QAD implementation, rollout, upgrade project engagements
- Experience in Support processes including transition phase
- Expertise in minimum 2 QAD modules is mandatory
- QAD Technical experience in Progress 4GL, QRF, ICT, QXtend/Boomi
- Experience in Data migration, integration is mandatory
- Experience/knowledge in QAD EAM, QAD CRM, QAD SCP, QAD TMS
- Should have strong Project Management experience and managing a team of 10+ QAD Consultants
- Experience in QAD Presales is a must including addressing customer RFPs, understanding of customer requirements, Solution approach, Estimations, Customer presentations, Due diligence
- Should be willing to play the role of hands-on consultant
- Flexible to travel to customer location for Project engagements, Presales discussions, Project initiation
- Experience in MS Office is a must including MS Project
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
