This Director will play a very strategic part in the overall business direction and vision for the organization. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Lead all activities related to Operations; Supply Chain: Central Planning, Import/Export, and Material Management
Responsible for 75 MM USD in Factory Costs & SC Costs Budget.
Manage 3 facilities/ manufacturing locations across NA
Ensure planning is executed through stratified processes over appropriate planning horizons. Liaise with appropriate corporate groups in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Liaise with appropriate customer functions in the same.
Continue to deliver Maintenance Best Practices to improve reliability and optimize assets.
With Finance, manage the CAPEX planning process to drive approval of specific projects, resource allocation and target-setting for individual projects for Cocoa NA.
Optimize capacity utilization through contributions to facility fit decisions and long-term campaign planning. Collaborate with multiple corporate functions on the same.
Establish and maintain a stable supply of all direct, indirect and MRO materials required to operate the sites
Drive identification of long-term strategies to minimize cost of goods manufactured (COGM) at the site and support operational excellence at the site through supply chain functions
