- Ability to rotate through configuration support functions across key functional areas across all lines of business to provide subject matter expertise
- Support activities to implement and maintain data within the core system within the areas Pricing or Rules
- Support audits of common entry or load errors to ensure accuracy
- Execute research efforts and correct production configuration as needed
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Health Care and 2 years managed care/ financial analysis experience, OR 6 years managed care/financial analysis experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency inclusive of spreadsheet/database software including Excel and Access
- Experience with software language such as SQL, SAS and SPSS
- Knowledge of hospital and institutional provider billing, payment methodologies, and managed care contracts
