IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSeeking a highly motivated and team-oriented SAP Environmental Health and Safety Consultant with experience in compliance with established policies and legal requirements. The candidate must have a understanding Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and having integration knowledge with other components such as warehousing, Logistics, Sales, Transportation Management used in End to End Supply Chain process. The candidate should have demonstrated years of experience working in an IT organization preferably Biotech, Life Sciences, or related industry in configuring, deploying and managing SAP EHS with integration. Responsibilities and experiences include collaboration with Process Owners, Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations; Identifying and implementing process improvements; a demonstrated working knowledge with other SAP modules (WM, Logistics, PPDS, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance). In addition, the candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements to determine if the best solution, as well as providing routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.The successful candidate will lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives.
