- 8-10 years SAP SD functional experience
- Experience participating in testing and validation of software and/or hardware solutions
- Skilled in implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP SD module and related submodules
- Has knowledge of Utility business process with special billing experience. S/4 HANA implementation knowledge is added advantage
- Has strong knowledge of Business Processes including iDoc and EDI flow and analysis
- Strong business analyst skills including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
- Possess oral and written communication skills to assist with presentations to management
- Implements new or maintains existing business solutions in SAP SD area based on user requirements analysis
- Proposes, programs or configures, documents, and tests business solutions in SAP SD application according to the functional and technical requirements
- Builds professional relationships with client’s business users and team members to ensure issue resolution and delivery of proposed solutions
- Ability to assess, document, and communicate current and future practices
- Assist with system testing and debugging when needed
