- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- A minimum of five years' experience working with and coaching scrum teams
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
- Broad knowledge of supported technical and business functions, systems, and cloud based applications
- Understand the technologies to be delivered, which are primarily IT infrastructure, with disciplines that include Linux, Webhosting, Common Services, Network, Storage, DB, Cloud and more.
- Uphold the framework and integrity of Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Strong facilitation, leadership and collaboration skills
- 3+ years of Scrum/KANBAN, Agile and Infrastructure experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Rally (Agile Central)
