- Strong background in QA and testing practices - test case design based on functional and non-functional requirements, test automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and defect analysis
- Development experience in Python or advanced Java, UI and API testing
- AWS/Azure Cloud experience
- Familiar with Windows and UNIX operating systems
- Experience with test data management processes/tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and to identify and communicate quick and creative solutions
- Knowledge of OWASP and security testing
- Experience with mobile testing or Docker/ Containerization
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- In the first 90 days: Work closely with Scrum teams to understand TransUnion products, applications and customer needs, design and implement test automation frameworks, integrate support tools into existing test frameworks, identify and coach teams in areas of test automation improvement, and help teams enhance and expand existing automation frameworks
- Beyond 90 days: Implement test automation frameworks for high availability and highly scalable applications, and explore test automation trends
- Contribute to improvements in global capabilities, design test framework, develop test suites, expand automated testing harness and automate scenarios/cases, build CICD pipelines
