Role Description: The

Senior Content Designer must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with a world-class team of Product Designers, Content Designers, UX Design Researchers, Product Managers and Engineers - Create and drive the content strategy across products - Produce high quality scenario-based content to help people win the future of their work lives - Work with raw content from subject matter experts and architects - Modeling and formatting content into viable, feasible and desired solutions - Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content - Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity and usability - Demonstrates ability to evaluate and design for the interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical, compelling narrative throughout user/client journey - Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and influence strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency across platforms - Dig into user research and consumer insights to identify, inform, and validate your work - Leverage personas, journey maps and site data to develop content that targets user needs and supports business goals. - Communicate your findings, recommendation, and content specifications through deliverables such as content matrices, user scenarios, presentation decks, comps, prototypes, and style guides - Develop feature content and communication strategies as concepts become prototypes and beyond - Simplifying complex health, wealth, career and wellbeing content users - Defining and apply9ing consistent voice and tone throughout content journey - Defining content goals and journeys based on user or customer goals - Ability to collaborate and run Content Design workshops and Sprints - Motivates and champions award-wining Content design at all times - Experience in multitasking and working in ambiguous situations - Help support a shared design vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product design and execution - Grow a culture of design and ship with speed, consistency, and quality, rebuilding our culture

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: The ideal experience and critical competencies for the role include the following: - Live and breathe to design the future and have an award-winning portfolio (product, websites, apps, etc.) to prove it - Experience with or background in writing - Advanced Content design skills - Fluency in best practices for information architecture, content strategy, design thinking - Expertise in research tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop, survey tooling, Usertesting.com, etc.) - Experience in design tools Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Miro/Mural, Invision

Work Experience: - Bachelors degree or equivalent - Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Miro/Mural, Invision - 5+ years of experience in Content Designer or Copywriting roles at Design or Digital Agencies, Startups or Fortune 500 companies - 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering/dev, design, and user research teams

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Relocation: This position will cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
