- This is a Senior Developer/Lead position for Salesforce platform using Apex
- Analyze, program, and deploy Salesforce.com software packages or code
- Utilize Apex, VisualForce, or any supported language to modify or expand functionality within Salesforce
- Responsible for Salesforce functions such as; Users, profiles, security settings, sharing rules, etc.; Dataloader/Excel; and Single sign-on
- Responsible for developing and/or enhancing various Salesforce platform based applications
- Works with business team and analysts to understand the requirements and translates requirements into technical approaches
- Communicates and presents technical approaches and ensures successful implementation
- Responsible for developing a Salesforce community portal
- Responsible for creation and configuration of Lightning communities and use/development of custom Lightning components to extend community pages
- Responsible for Apex related items such as; Standard and custom controllers, batch jobs, triggers, scheduled classes, and test classes; Debugging, error handling, and logging
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years of solid Salesforce experience required
- 4-6 years’ total development experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce application architecture, Governor's limit, and development components such as Visual Force, SOQL, Apex Classes and Triggers, JQuery, APIs, Process Builder, Approval process, etc.
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce as a Developer
- Experience using source control and continuous integration
- Experience with SOA including SOAP and doing integration with REST APIs from Salesforce
- Experience in Salesforce UI development
- Experience with relational database design and development
- Experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration
- Experience in Salesforce development using Apex
- Experience using Angular JS based UI pages in Salesforce Visualforce page
- Other UI experience with JavaScript/Angular
