Job Description

Responsibilities

· Support development of the annual operating plan

· Support bi-weekly forecasting meetings: Identify and highlight business risks and opportunities, revenue focus

· Manage reporting of revenue pipeline and initiatives, tracking/modeling adjustments to forecast

· Prepare monthly variance and trend analyses – actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year with a focus on identifying key drivers and making actionable recommendations

· Summarize monthly financial performance and trends for the finance and commercial teams

· Consolidate and prepare monthly financial pack for Board of Directors and Executive Committee

· Develop and implement creative solutions to drive simplification of financial processes, improve quality, timeliness, and control

· Leverage large amounts of data to solve business issues and support the sales team with business intelligence

· Assist in coordinating key planning cycles – Strategic Plan (3-year cycle), Operating Plan

· Responsible for aligning system data to lines of business and functional areas

· Ensure proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an accounting or finance FP&A role

· Experience with SAP, Microsoft Business Intelligence, Hyperion software preferred

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint

· Knowledge of US GAAP

· Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

· Effective verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to establish positive business relationships

· Integrity - Maintain a high standard of professional ethics and appreciation of cross-cultural differences

· Solid finance and accounting skills
