- Excellent project management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Highly analytical with strong communication skills (written/verbal) to clearly and effectively convey complex terms to a diverse audience.
- Prior experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Working knowledge of insurance regulations and filings, FCRA, and DPPA.
- Proficiency with adapting to new technical tools, including Tableau, Dremio, and Splunk.
- Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units, including IT and legal.
- Act as the DriverRisk product subject matter expert (SME) that presents the value proposition to insurance audiences and optimizes the application of DriverRisk for each insurer's unique use case.
- Leverage strong project management skills to prioritize projects and follow-up with other internal or external teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate with sales teams to create and deliver compelling presentations to all types of insurance clients either virtually or in-person (when appropriate).
- "Voice of the customer" that provides feedback for internal stakeholders, including product development, data quality, and data acquisition teams.
- Utilize strong quantitative and analytical skills to project the total value of DriverRisk to external customers and develop creative solutions to complex problems for each insurer's unique use case.
