- Provide technical leadership, bringing best engineering practices to all phases of large-scale engineering initiatives

- 4+ years of experience building, fixing, and scaling web apps (B2B apps preferred)
- Experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Experience working on large refactoring/re-engineering projects
- Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails (Open to Python, Node, PHP)
- AWS cloud experience
