- Client Facing role should have strong communication and minimum 3+ years' experience Spark Scala, Hive, Java and databases
- Should have implemented big data pipeline ingesting large volumes of data and optimize the data processing engine
- Design & develop modeling and publishing pipelines, using Spark Scala, Hive, Java and databases
- Write complex, maintainable code to develop scalable data processing engines using Spark Scala, Apache Hive, Java and relational databases
- Work on cloud technologies including PAAS, Data warehousing and Data lake
- Designing and implementing highly performant data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Apache Spark and/or Azure Databricks.
- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the cloud based Big Data Solution - conceptualize, design, develop, test and deploy
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and ensure your team's adherence to the highest level of quality in writing complex, maintainable code to develop scalable and flexible applications
- Identify opportunities to optimize the existing solution, suggest performance improvements with strong focus on cost reduction
- Work with cross-functional team members and stakeholders throughout projects of varying scope and complexity
- Should have strong Analytical and problem solving skills required to provide technical solutions during Severity incidents
