Sr Advisor - Technology

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience planning/managing technology engineering & communication with a focus on content development, execution and impact assessment
• Proven track record for developing a comprehensive communication plan for internal and external audiences, and stakeholder organizations across the market
• Excellent communication at executive & board level, and in public forums

• Experience working, partnering with and influencing multiple constituents and stakeholders (internal and external), including senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience in developing high quality customer success strategies and communication plans that ensure superior customer experience.
• Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Demonstrated experience to develop and execute change management and communications strategies for large programs

• Drive the development and execution of technology communication strategies partnering with market teams to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Build solid understanding of products across US Markets and partner closely with Customer Advisory Board teams.
• Leverage data and insights to inform narratives and influence communication strategy.
• Understand, identify and effectively navigate potential risks and sensitivities and provide proactive solutions.
• Facilitate TAB meetings and touchpoints through meeting notes, pre decided meeting cadence and meeting invites along with the meeting agenda
