  • Bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance
  • 7+ years' progressive experience in and knowledge of the Content ecosystem of suppliers and buyers, negotiating multi-million dollar license agreements and managing large operational teams
  • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively interact with senior executives, product development, customers, sales personnel and matrixed support functions
  • Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments
  • Must display strong business acumen and judgment, leadership skills, analytic ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Impact You'll Make:
  • Negotiate license agreements and amendments to give TransUnion the widest possible latitude in terms of use cases and the ability to productize the content across the Enterprise at the most favorable price, and manage on-going professional relationships with these partners
  • Develop and manage relationships to engage, advise, and communicate with all leadership levels demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment
  • Conduct required due-diligence to support the identification and selection of data sources and data partners to mitigate business risks
  • Manage existing data relationships and evaluate to confirm continued alignment with strategy
  • Reconcile and rationalize data sources across multiple business and manage to defined budget
  • Maintain an insightful position on the third-party data landscape
  • Partner and communicate with matrix partners to include Solutions, Markets, Product Management and Legal regarding data offerings, use cases, deal terms and agreements in support of goals and objectives
