Are you passionate about setting future digital trends through spanning multiple business priorities and web experiences?Microsoft Store Studio is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer that is excited about continually improving the customer journey across Microsoft.com. You will work with multiple partners across the Marketing and Consumer Business (MCB) organization, co-creating with the Experimentation & Personalization team to optimize the User Experience. This role will manage a team of internal creatives to lead the experience design, managing design and layout standards across our platform. This role will drive the next generation of designs for Microsoft.com Search and the Universal Header and Footer (UHF), our navigation system across all Microsoft sites. Our primary goal is elevating these experiences and driving consistency across the customer journey.At Microsoft, your work will be seen and experienced by millions of users every day.Key objectives:Define the web Information Architecture and standards while partnering closely with our MWF UX Lead to drive consistency and experience innovation across our MCB sites.

Leverage user research, customer insights, customer journeys, and data to enhance experiences

Partner closely with our MWF UX Lead to drive consistency and experience innovation across our MCB sites.

Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops across our partners to drive co-creation and adoption for MCB sites, providing thought leadership along the way.

You are a design thinker who looks holistically for solutions that span the entire customer journey.

You are fluent in best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.

You effectively lead collaboration across teams; not just gathering business requirements but helping to define them.

You are someone who is an empathic thought leader that is comfortable being authentic in your collaboration style.

ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Design Director, set the strategic design vision and tactical priorities for Search and UHF across Microsoft Consumer and Business site experiences.

Conduct assessments of existing Microsoft properties to translate customer needs into designnavigation and Search requirements.

Be able to jump from hands-on to guiding the work of our creative vendor teams.

Visualize your ideas through the creation of wireframes, design mocks, and prototypes.

Work across our internal Studio leads and organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.

You clearly communicate complex concepts across different audiences and varying levels of an organization.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience working in product or service design

OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design

OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Online portfolio showcasing your best B2C and/or B2B work examples for web and mobile optimized applications.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience working with the AEM platforma plus.
