The U.S Technology, Supervisor of Strategy & Planning is responsible for supporting the U.S Technology department in bringing the Technology strategy to life. This role requires strong communication, organizational, & creative skills. The Supervisor will drive greater visibility, alignment and engagement of the US Technology narrative with key stakeholders through critical communication vehicles.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a high-level understanding of all technology projects & processes to ensure cohesive communication plans.Partner with internal teams to build cohesive and consistent processes, plans, and templates to influence our comms plans.Drive department organization by assisting with resource and artifact management.Assist in publishing US Technology Roadmaps in a consistent manner.Advise cross-functional teams about the governance process for technology initiatives.Lead strategy and organization for Technology Department internal webpage.Attend monthly governance working team meetings to influence processes and plans.Observe the U.S Prioritization Office triage process, collecting feedback to influence decision making forums.Handle organization of our People Strategy including record keeping and process alignment.Support the Tech Governance process when vital, including taking notes and distributing clear recaps with action plans.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year
