Acts as database administrator for implemented Project Management software solution, including new user set-up and training, existing user support, regular system evaluations and enhancements, etc

Develops and administers quality review reporting to support high levels of data integrity and utilization by system users. Analyzes quality adherence data to confirm areas where additional support, training or system enhancements may be required to support user utilization of system.

Will be responsible for SmartSheet development, administration and analytics as one of the expected technology tools deployed within the program and likely integrated with the selected Project Management software solution.

Coordinates with peer Data and Reporting Manager to develop program reporting, ensuring any technologies utilized properly integrate with reporting. (NOTE: Most reporting likely to be developed within Tableau tool, with limited reporting within Project Management software solution.

Coordinates with Finance/Project Analysts to ensure Project Management software solution is set up and functioning appropriately to support ERP integration and associated financial functions (i.e. contracts, POs, invoicing, change orders etc.).

Brings innovations within the technology suite, supporting overall maturity of the program and enhanced user and client value.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Minimumfouryearsofexperience in project management for technology development.

Must be proficient in SmartSheet development, administration and analytics as one of the expected technology tools deployed within the program and likely integrated with the selected Project Management software solution.

Proficient in Smart Sheets, since the incumbent will be responsible for developing & managing SmartSheet solutions to support the program

Strong skills in setting up & administering technology solutions (within a projects environment would be a plus, but isn’t required)

Experience in Tableau is preferred

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESTechnical proficiency or certification in SmartSheet technology solution. Tableau experience preferred, but not required.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
