- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for timely and sufficient execution of projects
- Develop detailed project delivery plans for multiple projects for multiple teams on a quarterly basis and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Manage planning and delivery of commitments for development sprints
- Ensure that projects have proper definition of scope, objectives, and resources.
- Manage changes to project scope or schedule
- Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks
- Measure and manage metrics for project delivery and team effectiveness
- 5+ years of professional work experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manager 2 week sprint cycles and create project roadmaps to help streamline projects
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders in the organization to stay on track with project timelines
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite in order to provide updates on projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile Scrum Master certification required
