Title Tibco EBX Architect Start Date Immediately Location Remote for now. Post Covid Chicago, IL Salary Competitive Salary / Fulltime position Job Summary : - More than 16+ years of Program Management experience in handling multiple projects. - Knowledge of Tiboc EBX tool and ability to draft Data Strategy MDM/Ref data roadmaps incorporating Data Governance & Business Process Management. - Extensive experience in directing and motivating cross-functional engineering multi-location teams and departments in support of corporate strategies. Experience in working with and managing a PMO. Managed projects with team sizes ranging from 4 to 50 working on different technologies and located in different time zones. - Experience of working with business and engineering stake holders to collect analyze and document Business Requirements. - Experience in preparing Functional specs and Technical specs by following Program Management/Engineering Excellence guidelines. - Experience in working with Technical and architecture teams to analyze systems and design solutions. - Experience in preparing Project Management Plans (including Change Management and Risk Management plans). - Excellent knowledge and experience in Effort andCost estimation techniques. I worked as estimation consultant for a client. - Worked with development testing release and support teams to coordinate the project plans and efforts during development testing application release and final handing over to support. - Expertize in using Microsoft Project and Project Server 2007 for project planning and progress tracking. - Strong technical skills in .Net technologies SQL Server Business Intelligence Sharepoint and Biztalk. - Experience with Agile/SCRUM and SDLC methodologies. - Experience in Scenario Focused Engineering. - Ability to quickly adapt / learn new and changing technologies and environments. Responsibilities - Strong organizational awareness and the ability to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization. - Equally comfortable in discussing technical/analytical details with technical thought leaders as explaining technical subject matter with a non-technical audience. - Good verbal and written communication skills & must have excellent project management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time. - Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop cross- function technology stack interactions - Guide and manage development teams on optimal design and solution architecture - Analyze existing enterprise architecture and perform architecture design review
