Description Robert Half's Legal Division is immediately seeking a Legal Accounting Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a law firm setting. Duties of this role include but are not limited to:· Pay all firm & client invoices· Process all client settlements· Deposit operating checks & enter in ATO· Run reports and sending to teams as needed for positive pay, approval to transfer funds, etc. · Prepare cash flow report· Facilitate wire transfers funds between GWC holding, checking and payroll accounts· Prepare expense reports in connection with credit card bills · Enter credit card payments and enter monthly payments into tracking spreadsheets · Prepare, enter and post journal entries to general ledger· Prepare and distribute monthly fee collections reports, profit & loss statements, and settlement reports · Monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts· Review and reconcile general ledger activity to ensure all activity is properly recorded and reflected in general ledger· Process year end 1099’s and file return· Prepare general ledger detail reports and all tax return reports· Annual reconcile W-2 Forms to general ledger· Provide Quarterly Profit & Loss Statement reportsIf you feel as if you meet this background and are interested in hearing more, please apply directly to this job posting.
