Epsilon is seeking a
University Relations Coordinator to join the Campus Recruiting team. As a University Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with target universities and colleges while supporting our branding and recruiting efforts through event management. A successful associate will have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with their external contacts, internal stakeholders, and support the campus recruiters while working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:- Assist in planning and supporting all on-campus and in-office events
- Manage registration and expenses for all events and conferences
- Correspond with university contacts to plan various on campus branding events
- Staff each event with the appropriate amount of representatives and provide prep information
- Ship and organize materials (banners, giveaways, brochures) to events in advance as applicable
- Develop communication strategy to enhance relationships with key university partners (career services, faculty, student groups, alumni)
- Provide support for interviews both on campus and onsite
- Staff all managers involved in interviews and build out interview schedules utilizing Yello
- Book necessary conference rooms
- Assist with pre-hire engagement for new hires and the onboarding process
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates traveling to onsite interviews if applicable
- Other University Relations related projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior recruiting experience preferred, campus recruiting a plus
- Team-oriented, ability to establish rapport across virtual/remote relationships
