Years of Experience: 8 Years of UX DesignPosition Description:- Comfortable grasping, communicating and bringing ideas to life on the artboard
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Awesome send of Visual Ideation / Creativity
- A good sense of Layout and Typography in respect of Websites
- Strong skills in design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Photo editing
- Designing mockups and workflows using different tools like Invision etc.,
- Web Design, HTML5, CSS3
- Must have worked on Figma as a tool.
- Layout / Conversion Optimization
- Strong conceptual, typographical, and color management skills
- Partner with business analyst / product owner to understand the desired product outcomes
- Understand how the end user will interact with the platform
- Develop the structure and flow to make that possible
- Use your solid grasp of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy to clearly communicate to teams and clients
- Have done the design architect work for Mobile Apps
- Experience in a fast-paced software environment , and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines
- Experience designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms
- Advanced knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful
- Highly creative and inquisitive; able to multitask effectively
- Exposure in graphic art, illustration, or design experience; experience with print and digital/mobile design
- A strong visual and technical portfolio
- Ability to turn words into visuals with agency-level creativity
- Lead cross-functional design sessions between Product, R&D and Visual Design teams
- Oversee all user-facing text to synthesize tone, language, and messaging
- Prioritize roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX
- Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions
- Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process
- Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives
- Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical
- needs/constraints
- Needs to support a variety of UI/UX initiatives
- Will work closely with the Project Managers, Team Leads and Developers, to develop and implement consistent UI/UX standards
- Strong ability to design with accessibility and user experience in mind for desktop and mobile users
- Analyze consumer usability
- Develop information architecture
