Wireless Device Test Engineer ; with experience in the IT Industry. This is a 12 Months contract opportunity with possible extension and is located in San Diego, CA / Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL . This requirement is open for Onsite work from Day 1 Responsibilities: Perform wireless device field testing per test plan and collect logs using Specific test tools Troubleshoot device related and tool issues when required. Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in handset behavior Review test results for accuracy and quality Execute tests and communicate results, defects efficiently to Lead. Skills Required: At least 3 years of prior experience on mobile device testing is must. (Not RF Drive test) Good understanding of NSA/SA 5G (FR1&FR2), LTE and VoLTE Experience with different mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS Should have Exposure to Quality Center/Defect Management tool Skills Preferred: QXDM logging, Datum experience is desired Prior Experience of Carrier Field testing, VZW DFIT, AT&T Field Test or any OEM field test Our client is a leading IT organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
