Oak Mill Bakery is looking to hire an Experienced Baker to work at our main production facility located in Des Plaines, IL.
Responsibilities include:
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Managing baking times of recipes to maximize use of ovens with minimal downtime.
- Proficient with understanding recipes and capable of executing new recipes for special orders.
- Managing inventory.
- Familiar with Miwe ovens and Hobart mixers
