Saigon Sisters Restaurant is currently seeking an Experienced Entry-Level Server to join our team for our upscale/fast-casual dinner and lunch service in the West Loop. We are looking for a dynamic, polished individual who is a self-starter with a strong emphasis on service and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:
Tech-savviness is a must
Supporting the owner and culinary team
Providing exceptional customer service
Making cocktails and demonstrating a solid knowledge of beverages
Assisting the lead server in ensuring guest satisfaction
Busing tables and maintaining table cleanliness
Coordinating communication between the lead server and kitchen team
Cashier duties
Demonstrated genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Comprehensive understanding of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices
