Looking for someone who is passionate about food, has kitchen/management experience and is able to work a flexible schedule to join my team.
Food truck experience is a plus but not necessary, however, you will need to be able to work well with others, under pressure, and in a small area.
There is opportunity to grow with a new company in a creative and exciting atmosphere with potential to earn equity based off of performance and work ethic.
Duties include inventory/menu management, prep, set-up, cooking, taking customer orders, break down and placing orders.
MUST HAVE GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE, a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, and be under 6'3" tall.
We will be doing a fair amount of moving around to different festivals and special events so a vehicle, although not necessary for the job, would definitely help and you would be compensated for related travel expenses.
