Front House Retail Shift Lead Needed.

This business includes a restaurant and bakery. This is a front of house position for the bakery.
Our Bakery sells everything from morning pastries, such as donuts and cinnamon rolls to fresh bread and custom cakes. All made in house.
The Bakery is open 7am-5pm M-F and 7am-4pm Sa-Su.
This position requires that you are available Tuesday-Saturday. A typical shift would be 10am-6pm T-F and 9am-5pm on Saturdays but we retain the right to alter this when needed.
The Shift Lead will be required to close most days, this includes working with cash, closing drawers and locking the building at the end of the day.
Front of House Responsibilities Include:
-Providing Excellent Customer Service
-Answering customer questions about menu items and ingredients
-Providing drink recommendations and information on food items
-Handling cash and card transactions and making change
-Keeping the front of the shop clean and organized
-Making and serving high-quality coffee and tea drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
Shift Lead Responsibilities Include:
-Ensuring the shop is clean and organized before leaving
-Responsible for keeping track of food inventory and reports what is needed to the assistant manager
-Closing the drawer at EOD
-Locking the building at closing

This is a full time position. 30-40 hours per week.
Barista experience not necessary. Training is included, but experienced candidates preferred!
