Yaya Mas Greek Kuzina is one of Chicago’s most exciting and fast-growing Greek concepts.
We are currently hiring FULL-TIME Baristas, especially for morning shifts, with additional openings for day and night.
HIRING NOW – BARISTAS (Morning Preferred)
We are primarily looking for:
1. Morning Baristas (8 AM – 3 PM)
Priority hiring
Must have some barista experience
Able to prepare espresso drinks, Freddo cappuccino, Greek coffee, smoothies, and specialty beverages
Organized, fast, clean, and good under pressure
Friendly and confident with customer service
2. Day Shift Baristas (11 AM – 7 PM / Flexible)
Experience preferred
Assist with drink production, POS, and guest service
Support kitchen during peak hours (light tasks)
3. Night Baristas / Front House (5 PM – 12 AM / Late Night)
Help manage late-night coffee drinks and front counter
Assist with to-go orders and delivery bags
Must be comfortable in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing espresso drinks, Greek coffees, freddo cappuccino
- Providing excellent guest service
- Running POS, taking orders, handling delivery pickups
- Maintaining a clean and organized barista station
- Supporting the team during rushes
