Join Our Team: Cooks & Culinary Associates – Yaya Mas Greek Kuzina!
We are expanding our late-night team and hiring experienced cooks for our busiest evening and overnight hours.
HIRING FOR NIGHT POSITIONS:
1. Night Shift Line Cooks (3 PM – 10 PM & 10 PM – 5 AM)
Strong line cooking experience required
Ability to cook and prep during high-volume late-night service
- Maintain quality, speed, and consistency
- Must work clean, organized, and efficient
- Greek/Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus
Overnight shift includes finalizing prep for the morning team
2. Night Prep Cooks (10 PM – 5 AM)
- Prep ingredients for the next day’s production
- Portioning, cutting, and organizing the kitchen
- Support the line cooks during late-night rushes
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
