We are looking for an experienced KM to join our team at Octavio Cantina & Kitchen in the wonderful neighborhood of Andersonville.
Our ideal candidate will have previous kitchen management experience in a high-volume setting. We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to get their hands dirty, step into any position when needed and support our team to ensure a smooth running kitchen. This person should be well versed in developing and mentoring a staff through communication, care and a strong desire to lead by example.

Daily food preparation
Scheduling and labor cost accountability
Perfect execution of recipes
Maintaining and increasing standards set by Upper Management
Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
